Founding agency offer
The first five agencies are set up in full for £1,500, half the usual £3,000, then pay £299 a month for up to 100 workers, locked for 12 months. In return we ask for honest feedback every two weeks and a short case study.
Prices exclude VAT where it applies. Setup is £3,000, paid once. Over 250 workers, we'll quote. Pay yearly and get two months free.

Questions about pricing
What counts as an active worker?
Anyone booked on at least one shift in the month. Applicants, workers waiting for checks and office staff don't count.
Why do you charge per worker, not per user?
You pay for the workers booked on shifts that month. Office logins are unlimited, so everyone in the office can use it without the bill going up.
What happens if we go over our plan?
Nothing stops working. If you stay over for two months in a row, we'll talk about moving you to the next plan.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes. Setup is £3,000, paid once. We do the work of getting you live, so you don't have to find the time: your branding, your workers and their papers, your clients and checklists, your first bookings and training for your office. The first five founding agencies pay £1,500.
How long is the contract?
Monthly, with 30 days' notice. Founding agencies keep their price for 12 months.
What happens to our data if we leave?
We give you your records back, then delete them from Merriwood.
